This includes:

  • Civil construction of plinths, floors and ore pass throats
  • Structural erection of loading stations and conveyor belt stringer sections.
  • Mechanical installation of loading station chutes, vibrating feeders and conveyor drives.
  • All electrical and instrumentation installation.
  • Belt automation (PLC & SCADA) and fire suppression.

Tippler Conveyor

Design, manufacture and installation of decline to loading level transfer tower, loading conveyor belt and silo tipping devices into the material handling silos, which in turn feeds into the loading level infrastructure.

This includes:

  • Civil construction of plinths, floors and structural covering of reef and waste silos.
  • Structural erecting of loading stations and conveyor belt stringer sections.
  • Mechanical installation of loading station chutes, vibrating feeders and conveyor drives.
  • Provision of power supply and installation of instrumentation.
  • Belt automation (PLC & SCADA) and fire suppression.

Mobile Pump Stations (for dirty water handling)

Design, Manufacture and Supply of mobile pump stations for immediate flexibility in water handling.

 This includes:

  • “Mini” 11kW mobile pump station for the delivery of water at low heads - 10L/second.
  • “Maxi” 110kW mobile pump station - 46L/second unit used with 80m to 90m manometric head for vertical handling of water.
  • Both facilities are designed for dirty water pumping, whist being self cleaning.

  • Civil construction of dam walls, floors, pump plinths and cast-in piping and spool pieces.
  • Structural erection of gantry structures to facilitate servicing of heavy duty pumps and motors.

  • Provision of power supply.
  • Installation of instrumentation for level control and automation.
Design and equipping of a raise bored pipe way between a decline and the level above.

Design and equipping of a raise bored pipe way between a decline and the level above.

 This includes:

  • Civil construction of floors at landings.
  • Drilling and installation of chemical suspension anchors for mounting of pipe way staircase and pipe columns.
  • Structural work at heights – lifting and lowering of oversize structural steel to install staircase and piping in steeply inclined (45°) excavation.
  • Installation of LT electrical cabling and lighting.

  • Installation of mini-sub transformers, Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
